About Fazal Din’s Pharma Plus
The origins of Fazal Din’s Pharma Plus can be traced back to Dalhousie, a sleepy summer resort bordering Kashmir and Punjab. Here, Haji Fazal Din was operating the largest general merchandise store under the name of Sheikh Noor Elahi Fazal Din. In 1918 Fazal Din was blessed with a son who was named Mumtaz and he expanded the business to Lahore in 1940. In 1947, at the time of
partition, the family migrated from Dalhousie to Lahore where Mumtaz set up the first pharmacy on The Mall under the name of Fazal Din & Sons. This pharmacy still exists on the same location even today and the Fazal Din’s name has become a legend for providing quality, service and reliability in the pharmacy business.
In 1995 a fully computerised pharmacy was established at PACE under the name of Fazal Din’s Pharma Plus by Ibrar Mumtaz, the grandson of Haji Fazal Din, and the third generation businessman. This was the first of the chain of pharmacies that have been established since then.
Fazal Din’s Pharma Plus is known for its commitment to excellence in the healthcare field. In a world of counterfeit and spurious drugs, the name Fazal Din’s stands out for its commitment to quality and reliability as we take all possible steps to ensure the genuineness of the medicine that is sold through any of the Fazal Din’s stores.
